Cancellation Policy
At Double Play Sports, we value your time and appreciate your commitment to training. To ensure fair access to our facility and respect for our coaches' time, we have the following booking policy in place: Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled session. No-shows or cancellations within 1 hour of your session will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but sessions may still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting others. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
